Fast Forward

fastforward

The Green movement is here today.  Governments, companies and individuals are becoming increasingly sensitive to the need to develop sustainable, organic and renewable solutions to the environmental problems currently facing the planet and to treat the health and welfare consequences of these problems that affect mankind.  This social, political and cultural grass roots movement is predicted to grow ever stronger as political and economic pressures increase to reduce reliance on non renewable and environmentally unfriendly methods and replace them with eco-friendly products and services concurrent with affordable alternative health remedies.

U.S. Microbics, Inc. (BUGS), a twelve year old environmental technology company with proprietary microbial technology and patents for environmental cleanup and plant/food/fuel crop production (Bio-Miracle™ products), is reorganizing its operations with several key acquisitions (currently in negotiation) to provide consumers with information resources featuring innovative environmental companies and their products as well as environmental related health care issues  delivered through a framework of free collaborative communication, internet resources and broadcast/cable television.

We believe a company can have a humanitarian mission and be a profit center at the same time.  While there will be no charge to viewers of the information on our television shows, websites, directories, and collaboration forums, our powerful new business model fully leverages and exploits the synergy for cross marketing via internet website advertising, broadcast television and directory advertising in local, national and global markets.  The international broadcasting forum also provides a vehicle for marketing our Bio-Miracle™ products worldwide with infomercials and internet advertising.

Our future vision of this scenario is still under development and the potential acquisitions are all at the negotiating table as we build a new information portal combining environmental issues, innovative products and related health care information all in one convenient place.   This new organization includes our existing Bio-Miracle(TM) product line and the synergistic acquisition of (1) an internet and multi-media company specializing in broadcast television shows and companion websites in the health information fields and (2) an environmental social network company.  By acquiring these two companies  we can create the “Earth Connect Network” featuring an innovative green products and services program with worldwide distribution and web-based product sales, internet collaborative resources and revenue producing websites as well as a social network member base with potentially high resale value. The new combination firm could set the stage for developing a billion dollar innovative technology, resources and communications company.

Mission Statement

The BUGS mission is to empower viewers/end users with knowledge to make intelligent decisions for sourcing and purchasing green products and services and related alternative healthcare solutions, and to provide a collaborative forum for members to define, discuss and solve environmental problems.

It is time to fast forward BUGS into the 21st century using the tools of the internet and video multi-media to bring people together with companies, products and services that benefit the environment and people individually without government intervention.  All it takes is time, money, a future vision and the right people to make it happen.  Your CEO is working on this future vision as I try to FAST FORWARD BUGS into the company that will make us all proud.

Mr. Brehm,

Has the company thought about applying its technologies in the creation of ethanol? It seems like you could apply your products in the fermentation stage. There also may be an opportunity when separating the alcohol from the liquid.

Thanks in advance,
Investor_1

Good Question – as a matter of fact we have an associate in Indiana who has used our bugs in an ethanol plant to treat ethanol waste streams and covert them into protein that can be used as animal feed, thereby taking a waste product (and all its associated disposal costs) and creating a revenue stream the client. See http://www.Everstech.com for more info on the company. While not directly related to the production of ethanol, the bugs were used to decrease the production costs of making ethanol. On another front, the use of sugar cane for ethanol production is very common in Brazil, and our agriculture bugs used on sugar cane have shown better than 30% yield improvement which would significantly increase the feedstock for the sugar cane ethanol plants thereby reducing the ethanol raw material costs (or increasing the profits to the sugar cane growers). We need somebody to run with this idea as it could have a major effect on ethanol production increases.

Mr. Brehm,

We are interested in your BUGS and would like to know how we can be licensed to distribute them. We have projects in Mexico and South America.
We also have access to funding and would like to discuss the possibilities with you.

Plese respond. Thank you

Do you see your stock price rising anytime in the near future?

Will you be helping in the BP Oil cleanup in Lousiana?

Hi, are you going to be involved in the oil cleanup in Louisiana?

Thanks!

I purchased many shares of this stock several years ago at a whopping 7 cents per share. It seems like a steep price compared to the current price. What will it take to get this stock to move?

Signed,

Very patient yet frustrated investor

Thanks for being a loyal shareholder. I too have purchased shares up to $1.00 and still hold many of them. As we reactivate the technology and company full time operations more investors should be buying then selling and the stock price should rise. Certainly the Gulf oOil Spill represents an opportunity for BUGS provided we get the capital to launch new operations to help solve the problem.

PR will be posts on this website – keep watching for new updates.

We have teamed with pacifric Sands to create some products which could be very helpful to Gulf Oil Spill victims. Stay tuned for more news as we progress.

stock rises when there are more buyers then sellers and buyers have a reason to believe the company stock will rise. Stay tuned for further developments.

I went over to a friends house. He works on cars in his driveway. There are large oil stains on his deck. He does what most others do which is to put down detergent, scrub the stain and emulsify the oil, then wash it away. Eventually that oil will separate again and be a problem somewhere else. Are there any plans for an OTC consumer version of Bugs to aid in daily life situations vs the remediation business model?

We are working with Pacific Sands (OTCBB:PFSD) to develop a retail product using their natural solutions surfactants in combo with BUGS products. But first Gulf Oil Spill products in the works!

I am just curious of the ratios of Bugs to oil. I understand that the microbes need other food to injest to multiply to keep the cycle going and growing. Is it pounds/gallon or is this info unattainable? By the way, I like this type of science and would like to see it used in other situations as well.
