We are recrafting the company and starting a new website to let you know about our progress and let you give feedback and thoughts about our new direction and how you can help. We want this company to reflect our postive efforts on the environment with your helpful suggestions. We are looking for new technologies, new personnel, and new investment as we capitalize on our core microbial technology, our decade of experience in the environmental industry and the current Green Awareness movement.

U.S. Microbics, Inc has spent the last 10 years on the front lines cleaning up the environment, both inside and outside the United States… one toxic waste site at a time. We continue to remain firmly committed to the challenges before us.
Some of them are daunting.
Though we are environmentally conscious we are not a group of unrealistic “greenies” -nor are we ostriches hiding our head in the sand.
The bottom line is this place we call home has environmental issues that require time and attention and need to be resolved.

ABOUT
U.S. Microbics, Inc., (Pinksheets: BUGS) is a business development firm for companies with products, services and initiatives that favorably impact the environment. Over the past decade the company has served as a holding company and chief investor for subsidiary Sub-Surface Waste Management (SSWM), that deployed microbial technologies for soil, groundwater and carbon remediation. SSWM remediation operations were discontinued in 2007 and the company was renamed to Green Mountain Development Corp (Pinksheets: GMND) and was subsequently spun off to pursue agricultural application of the microbial technology (more info at www.GreenBizness.com).
BUGS is currently in the process of recapitalizing its business plan with an emphasis on its microbial manufacturing product sales and related alternative technologies. The company is seeking new investment to roll out its business plan.
I believe we should all stand united in our environmental stewardship as well as our other personal endeavors, to enhance the quality of life for all humans and the habitat that supports them. An environmental revolution is taking place and our world is changing and so must you – do your part by helping us succeed in providing collaborative forums, multi-media information venues and 21st century products and services that positively impact the world and our children’s future… We can solve these problems and certainly there is an opportunity for you to participate if you choose.
